Garden side rooms are located on the land side of the boulevard, while beach side rooms are located on the beach side of the boulevard. Beach side rooms are not necessarily ocean view or oceanfront.

Beach Side: There are 39 Rooms on the Beachside.
Most of the Beachside rooms are furnished with 2 Double Beds and a few have Queen Beds. 32 of these rooms have a private balcony, with most rooms offering a view of the gardens. Beachside rooms are not necessarily ocean view. 7 of these rooms do not have a private patio but a balcony instead, offering a garden view. 32 Rooms are located in eight room blocks. Rooms are on the first (ground) and second floors. 7 Rooms are located on the Main Building of the resort, above the lobby area, on the second floor. Maximum Occupancy: 2 Adults & 1 Child or 3 Adults
Garden Side: There are 26 Rooms on the Land side
Most of the Garden side rooms are furnished with 2 Double Beds and a few have Queen Beds. 16 of these rooms have a private Balcony/Patio offering a view of the gardens or a partial view of the pool. 10 of the Garden side rooms do not have a private balcony/ patio but offer a view of the gardens. 16 Rooms are located in four room blocks. The recently upgraded Orchid Terrace Restaurant, located on the beachside of the property is open air and offers guests an excellent view of the Caribbean Sea and the pleasure of the spectacular Negril sunsets. The restaurant features tasty Jamaican specialties served Buffet Style and continental breakfast cuisine. Cover up is required in the dining room at all times.
